Biography
Cruz Ramirez is a young, Latin American racing coach and instructor who works in the racing sports Complex Rzhaveyka. After Lightning McQueen is forced out of the world of sports, he is taken to the Racing sports Complex, where he meets with Cruz Ramirez. To help his idol in the "senior project", they begin training to help McQueen grow, to defeat Jackson Storm and other new generation racers in Florida 500.
